      <title>LTC NANCY TUCKER</title>

      <description>LTC Nancy Tucker was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii-Manoa and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland-College Park. Her military education includes the Signal Officer Basic Course, Signal Captains Career Course, and Command and General Staff Officer College.

LTC Tucker was commissioned as a Signal Officer through ROTC at the University of Hawaii-Manoa in May 2005. She recently served as the Battalion Commander for 54th Strategic Signal Battalion at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait and was actively engaged in Operation Epic Fury. Her prior assignments include platoon leader, company executive officer, and Battalion S4 for 57th Signal Battalion. She deployed to Camp Taji, Iraq as the Phoenix Academy S3 and S6. Following SCCC, she served as Rear Detachment Company Commander for 86th Expeditionary Signal Battalion. Later, she returned to 442nd Signal Battalion as a Small Group Leader (SGL) and SCCC Division Chief. Following CGSC, she served as Battalion S3/XO for 50th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, FORSCOM G6 C4I Planner, Theater Plans and Exercise Chief for 311th Theater Signal Command, and Brigade Operations Officer for 516th Theater Signal Brigade. She then served as the Professor of Military Science for Georgia Southern University and Augusta University.

Her awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service medal (5 OLC), Joint Service Commendation medal, Army Commendation medal (2 OLC), Army Achievement medal (2OLC), Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Ribbon, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Combat Action Badge.

LTC Tucker is married to Chief Warrant Officer Three (Retired) Kenneth Tucker and they have five children.
