Mission

​HQ/A company of the 369th Signal Battalion trains, develops, and mentors cadre and certified instructors in support of training future signal soldiers that are to be provided to the operational forces.

Instructor Training and Development Timeline

Week	Event
WK 1 - 4	Unit in-processing, 350-1 Training, Army Combat Fitness Test, HT/WT, CTC, CFD-IC & ICP
WK 4 - 6	Completion of required hours for Basic Army Instructor Badge (BAIB)
WK 58	Eligibility for reception of the Senior Instructor Badge (SAIB)
WK 162	Eligibility for reception of the Master Instructor Badge (MAIB)

In consideration to the professional development of the instructor population, the Command works with Brigade Schools and the Signal School Leadership to maximize opportunities for walk on NCOPDS and other skill enhancement training when available.
