Distinguished Members of the Regiment (DMR) Program
The Distinguished Members of the Regiment (DMR) program serves to perpetuate the heritage and traditions of the Signal Corps (Regiment), promote camaraderie, and esprit de corps by formally recognizing individuals who have had an enduring and distinguished record of service to the Regiment, the Army, and our Nation, to include individuals’ significant impact on the Signal Regiment, regardless of length of service.
The Chief of Staff, U.S. Army, approved the Signal Corps’ (SIGNAL) integration into the U.S. Army Regimental System on June 1, 1986.
