Mission

As the Force Modernization Proponent for Cyberspace Operations, Signal Communications, and Electromagnetic Warfare, CDID develops, evaluates, integrates, and communicates concepts, doctrine, requirements and solutions across DOTMLPF, Warfighting functions and formations to improve our Army and ensure the combat effectiveness of the future force.

Mission

In support of the CDID mission, the Program Management Division (PMD) provides programmatic and administrative oversight, synchronization, management, and expertise relating to administrative operations, budget, manpower assessments, human capital management, information technology support, supply and logistics, video teleconferencing, government travel and Government Purchase card, Defense Travel System (DTS), contract management.

Mission

Identify, develop, and integrate materiel and organizational requirements for Cyberspace, Signal, and Electromagnetic Warfare; investigate emerging network requirements; conduct assessments for materiel requirements determination and development; develop and manage the integration of DOTMLPF Cyberspace, Signal, and Electromagnetic Warfare solutions.

Mission

TRADOC's centralized capability development integrator for Cyberspace Operations. ACM Cyber is the user advocate for DOTMLPF solutions that enable defensive cyberspace operations (DCO), offensive cyberspace operations (OCO), cyberspace situational understanding (CyberSU), and the delivery of persistent training environment capabilities ensuring mission success across the force in support of Unified Land Operations.

Mission

ACM EW develops electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) requirements including both Electromagnetic warfare and spectrum management operations capabilities. ACM EW coordinates materiel integration affecting doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) to promote EMSO standardization and interoperability in support of unified land operations, and supports the Cyber Center of Excellence as directed by the Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate.

• Prepare, staff, and submit capabilities documents for EW and SMO
• Horizontally and vertically integrate all aspects of materiel development across DOT_LPF-P
• Serve as the EW and spectrum management Warfighter's voice

Mission

ACM Networks and Services represents the Commanding General (CG), Army Futures Command (AFC) and reports through the Director, Cyber Capability Development Integration Directorate (CCDID)and the CG, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE). Serves as the Army's centralized capability manager for Department of Defense Information Network-Army (DoDIN-A) Network & Services and DoDIN-A Operations. ACM N&S is responsible for Networks & Services capability development activities across the Army Modernization Enterprise to ensure holistic, standardized, and integrated capabilities are fielded into the Army.

Functions

Responsible for duties outlined in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 71-12, U.S. Training and Doctrine Command Capability Management, TR 71-20, Concept Development, Capabilities Determination, and Capabilities Integration. ACM N&S coordinates work on doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) integration in support of Networks and Services capabilities to ensure success on the battlefield. Specifically, ACM N&S will:

• Provide user representation and user feedback into the capability development process to assist in developing solution sets to support the warfighter
• Execute tasks as prescribed by the Capability Development Integration Directorate (CDID) Director
• Ensures human systems integration (HSI) is integrated into the system acquisition process as early as possible; that dependencies with other programs and/or organizations are identified and assessed; and that an audit trail of HSI issues and concerns is provided in appropriate program documentation
• Serves as the capability developer/integrator for Networks and Services in support of the proponents, Army, and the Army Modernization Enterprise
• Serves as the Army user representative for facilitating and integrating new Army Networks and Services equipment and capabilities
• Serves as the user representative for the operations and functions of the S6/G6 and signal formations
• Serves as the Force Modernization Proponent representative for capability development and feedback for Army and Cross Functional Team (CFT) middle-tier/rapid prototyping or rapid fielding priorities
• Integrates and coordinates concepts and DOTMLPF-P solutions across the full range of military operations
• Develop and steward ACIDS/JCIDS requirements and supporting documentation (analysis, Basis of Issue Guidance, etc.) throughout the acquisition development lifecycle
• Coordinates with the material developers and stakeholders to develop, field, sustain, and modernize assigned systems to meet Army Signal Modernization and transformation strategies for the current and future Signal force
• Supports Army Demonstration, Experimentation, and Prototyping (DE&P) efforts to accelerate the evaluation of new technology and platforms in support of JADO

Mission

ACM-TR is the Army's centralized coordinator for capability modernization and user activities associated with Tactical Radios, Lower-Tier Tactical (LTT) Unified Network Operations, Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (A-PNT), and Tactical C4ISR and Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Convergence. Supports Army modernization priorities by pursuing threat informed, flexible solutions that exploit available commercial and military-developed technologies to provide increased capabilities for tactical forces conducting Multi-Domain Operations.

Functions

• Serve as the force modernization proponent advocate for "Signal/Communications Networks and Information Services" - CG, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE)
• User representative for tactical radio communications and PNT capabilities throughout the capability lifecycle
• Develop and sponsor JCIDS/ACIDS capability requirements and supporting documentation (Basis of Issue Guidance, etc..)
• Coordinate with materiel and non-materiel solution developers.
• Integrate solutions across DOTMLPF-P
• Assess operational, technical, programmatic risk for capability development and propose trade-offs.
