nd Infantry Division, Camp Humphreys, South Korea; and Policy and Doctrine Writer, Army Public Affairs Center, Fort Meade, Maryland. He most recently served as the Public Affairs NCOIC for the 4
th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado. 1SG Bednarek has one combat deployment to Iraq (Operation New Dawn) in 2011.
1SG Bednarek’s military education includes the Basic Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course (Distinguished Honor Graduate), Master Leader Course, Instructor Training Course, Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education I, Army Sexual Harassment/Assault Response Prevention Course, and Doctrine Developers Course. His civilian education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2010.
