Sgt. Maj. Antonio Verduzco

Command Sergeant Major, 401st Cyber Battalion

Command Sergeant Major Verduzco entered the Army in January of 1999 and completed Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, followed by Advanced Individual Training at Corry Station, Florida to become a Signals Collection Analyst (98K). In 2015 CSM Verduzco reclassified to an Army Cyber Operations Specialist (17C).

His assignments include Team Leader/Squad Leader (Alpha CO, 741st MI BN, Fort Meade, MD); Platoon Sergeant (HQs and OPS CO, 742nd MI BN, Fort Meade, MD); Exploitation Analyst/Senior Enlisted Leader (782nd MI BN DET TX, JBSA, TX); 05 National Cyber Protection Team NCOIC (Bravo CO, 2nd Cyber Protection BN, Fort Eisenhower, GA); First Sergeant (HQs and Alpha CO, 2nd Cyber Protection BN, Fort Eisenhower, GA). He has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. CSM Verduzco was most recently assigned as the ARCYBER G35/7 Sergeant Major, U.S. Army Cyber Command, Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.

CSM Verduzco’s education includes the Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course, Senior Leaders Course, Sergeants Major Academy (Class 71), Intermediate Signals Analysis Course (451), and the Joint Cyber Analysis Course. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Workplace Development from the Command and General Staff College.

His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (2 OLC), Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (8th Award), National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal (2 CS), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Korea Defense Service Medal.
